The Conference


The TPM registration desk will be located in the Great Hall of The Examination Schools, which you will see immediately upon entering. Conference Registration will open at 08:30 on both Wednesday 10 July and Thursday 11 July Upon registration, delegates will receive a pack containing conference programme, floor plans and summaries of papers being presented.

The Programme

The TPM programme will be released and updated as required on the TPM website. Visit the website for an interactive guide to find out more information about your favorite sessions and speakers. Hard copies of the programme will be provided with your delegate bag.

Exhibition Area

Exhibitors can be found in the North Schools on the first floor. There will be many exciting exhibitors (likely handing out free stuff!) so make sure to stop by early to make the rounds. There will be ample opportunity throughout the day to visit the exhibitors with each programme break.


Refreshments including tea, coffee, biscuits and lunch break will be included in the conference fee. You can find the refreshments area in the North Schools with the Exhibitors.

Access and Dietary Requirements

If you have any accessibility and/or dietary requirements that were not noted at the time of booking, please contact Brogan as soon as possible to ensure that we can make all the necessary arrangements to help you out!

Storage Facilities

Room 8 will be set up at a cloakroom and available for TPM delegates to store luggage, fold-up cycles, umbrellas etc. Please note that this will not be a secure room and you are advised to keep valuables on your person or speak to a member of the PTRC team should you need further storage. The Examination Schools and PTRC will not be held responsible for the items stored in Room 8.

Prayer Room

Room 12 will be available for use as a prayer room. Should you need any additional facilities, please don’t hesitate to contact a member of staff.

Quite Room

Room 10 will be set up as a quiet room / relaxation room for those who need a break from the hustle and bustle. There will be comfortable chairs set up to relax in or write out a quick email. We will ask that this be kept as a quiet space; should you need to take a phone call, please step outside.

Social Media

We encourage all delegates to join the TPM conversation. Please include #2019TPM in your tweet to ensure that we see it. There will be Tweetwalls set up throughout the facility, so it’s another great way to informally interact with your peers! Who knows, we might even give out a prize for the most influential Tweeter!


We encourage feedback from all delegates, as it helps us to shape the content, style and organisation of our events. A feedback from will be provided in your delegate pack asking for your comments on the content of the conference, its relevance to needs and expectations and the overall administration. Additionally, we will provide a link to an online Survey for you to complete on the go. Please make sure you let us know what you thought!
